Chief Executive Officer
Brad Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer of Emailvision, and is based in London and Paris. Prior to joining Emailvision, Mr. Wilson spent seven years as the worldwide General Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business, growing that business into an industry leader for enterprise and mid-sized organizations. He also shifted the business to a cloud-first sales and delivery model, launching CRM as Microsoft’s first commercial cloud service. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Wilson was Vice President of worldwide CRM marketing for Peoplesoft, and Vice President of product marketing for marketing vendor Epiphany. Mr. Wilson is also a veteran of two Silicon Valley start-ups in the area of real-time analytics. He holds an MBA from Emory University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Florida. He has been named an “Influential Leader” in the CRM industry five times by CRM Magazine.

President of Worldwide Field Operations
Dean Mansfield, President of Worldwide Field Operations, has spent more than 15 years in the software industry working in global sales and executive leadership roles. In his role, Dean leads Emailvision’s sales, partner and field marketing organization. From 2004-2009, Dean served as President of WW Sales and Distribution at NetSuite Inc. Under Dean's leadership, revenues grew over twenty fold. Prior to NetSuite, Dean was the VP WW Sales Operations at Brocade Communications, VP of Asia Pacific at Plumtree Software, and SVP WW Sales at McAfee/Network Associates. Most recently, Dean was the President and CEO of Fonality Inc. Dean holds a degree in Law LLB Honors from the University of London.

Chief Financial Officer
Jim Beach, Chief Financial Officer, has spent over 25 years working in financial leadership roles in the technology industry for both public and private companies. In his role, Jim leads Emailvision’s finance, HR and legal teams. Prior to Emailvision, Jim served as Business Unit CFO & VP at ADP Dealer Services International where he was responsible for business planning and financial operations. Jim has served as CFO and EVP of Cobalt Group Inc., the leading digital marketing firm servicing the automotive industry which ADP acquired in 2010, CFO at Attachmate Corporation / WRQ, Inc., CFO at DataChannel, Inc., CFO and SVP at Applied Microsystems Corp., General Manager of Microtek International Inc., and CFO of Microcosm, Inc. Jim started his career at Deloitte LLP in their Technology and Emerging Business Practice. He graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and political science.

Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer
Charles Wells, SVP and Chief Product Officer, leads Emailvision’s product and development organization. He has over 20 years of experience in software design, development, delivery and support. Charles started his career in IT Services for the healthcare industry working at Tenet Healthcare and Magellan Health Services. From 1998 – 2002, he served in senior management roles at Portal Software (Oracle). Prior to joining Emailvision, Charles was EMEA Vice President of Solution Delivery for NetCracker Technology (NEC). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of South Florida.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Laurent Castellani, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for Emailvision’s marketing cloud platform and IT services. He has 20 years of experience managing Information Systems and Cloud Computing operations. Prior to Emailvision, Laurent spent several years in the United States as the Director of Information Systems at Reed MIDEM, and Vice-President of Information Systems at Atempo. Laurent started his career as a software engineer for Act Informatique. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ESIEE in France.
