LONDON - Musto, the outdoor clothing specialist, will use Emailvision’s Campaign Commander™ product to create more insightful and targeted email marketing campaigns for both its consumer and wholesale customer database.
With exciting projects in the pipeline, such as the second equestrian collection with Zara Phillips, Musto is changing the way it communicates with its customers. By turning to Emailvision, Musto has gained the expertise of Europe’s leading email service provider, responsible for sending 350,000 marketing campaigns each month on behalf of 4,000 global clients.
Musto’s in-house marketing team will use Campaign Commander™ to deliver campaigns that are aligned to customer engagement and purchase behavior. This will enhance the efficiency of the marketing team and provide them with the knowledge about customer activities and preferences that leads to more targeted and relevant marketing.

Musto’s current customer database is held within Salesforce. Emailvision’s technology will allow the clothing brand to automate what was previously a very manual process between its CRM and email marketing. Campaign Commander will help to select targeted data, send the email campaign and feedback customer response information as a fully integrated process within Salesforce.
